The Alameda County HOME Consortium, which includes the cities of Alameda, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Union City, and the Urban County (Albany, Dublin, Emeryville, Newark, and Piedmont), have prepared the Draft FY25–FY29 Consolidated Plan and FY25 Action Plan in compliance with federal requirements for receiving U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds. These plans guide how federal housing and community development funds will be used to address local needs and priorities.
The Draft Plans will be available for public review from June 20 to July 21, 2025 on the websites of the participating jurisdictions and the Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at 224 W. Winton Ave., Room 160, Hayward, CA 94544. Community input is essential. Written comments can be submitted to Katie Alducin at Katie.alducin@acgov.org.
