Compliance for Current Vendors and Development Partners

Multi-Family Annual Reporting

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) contracts with community organizations to implement our programs. These programs are funded by various grants, which require reporting to ensure ongoing funding to Alameda County.

Annual Compliance Reports

Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) has provided Federal, State, and Local development funding to 117+ rent-restricted affordable housing developments. In order to ensure ongoing compliance, HCD requires that annual reports and other documentation be submitted to us through our cloud-based asset management system.
