Alameda County Housing Secure (ACHS) is a program for low-income Alameda County renters and homeowners that provides legal assistance to residents at risk of housing instability. ACHS provides legal representation to renters facing eviction and homeowners at risk of foreclosure, legal assistance for tenants facing habitability challenges in their housing, and short term financial assistance to tenants and homeowners with rental and mortgage arrears.
