Public Comment Period: August 14 – September 14, 2026
The Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) invites the public to review and comment on a proposed Substantial Amendment to the FY2021 HOME-ARPA Action Plan.
The amendment updates the allocation of a portion of HOME-ARPA funding to more accurately reflect how funds are being used across approved HOME-ARPA activities. The amendment does not change the County’s overall HOME-ARPA funding or its commitment to approved projects.

The amendment will be available for public review from August 14 through September 14, 2026. A public hearing will be held at the Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 3 p.m. in person at 224 W Winton Ave #108 Hayward. Comments may be submitted to Katie.alducin@acgov.org during the 30-day review period.
