Alameda County is engaging in an assessment of what the highest housing needs are throughout the county. As a part of this process, we have created a website (www.housingneedsac.org), held community feedback sessions, given presentations to community and stakeholder groups and will be presenting our findings in our report to the Board of Supervisors to enlighten their decision-making on housing issues. As a part of that effort, we are asking Alameda County residents to tell us what their most pressing individual, neighborhood and city-wide housing needs are in our Housing Needs Survey. Will you take the survey now? It takes just a few minutes and is available in English, Spanish and Chinese.
Take the survey:
We are hoping that in addition to getting employees who live in Alameda County to fill out the survey themselves, you will use this survey in your work with your clientele. Attached are the survey flyers for distribution to residents and organizations that you work with. Please encourage them to take the survey. In addition, if you would like a presentation given to a group, you can request a meeting or presentation given here: www.housingneedsac.org/equity-framework-process. Thanks you for taking the survey and getting the word out to all Alameda County residents.
