System Administrator for the Alameda County Mobile Home Rent Registry RFP (Deadline Extended)

The Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations interested in serving as the System Administrator for the Alameda County Mobile Home Rent Registry. The Mobile Home Space Rental Registry is intended to provide better data and transparency regarding the number of mobile home spaces in the unincorporated areas of Alameda County as well as to track mobile home space rents in unincorporated areas of Alameda County. HCD currently uses a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to track mobile home registration and space rents. To make the registration process easier and more intuitive for HCD staff and mobile home park owners and operators, HCD is seeking a System Administrator experienced in operating rental registries, with special consideration given to applicants with the ability to administer a registry that could be used for other sectors of the rental housing market. Upon approval, from the Alameda County Board of Supervisors, up to $300,000 in ARPA funding will be committed to the contract that results from this RFP for an Alameda County Mobile Home Space Rental Registry.
